In 395 the sons of Theodosius I become reigning Emperors: Honorius reigns in the Western Empire 395 to 423; Arcadius in the Eastern Empire 394 to 408.
The very last Western emperors are Odoacer’s puppet Romulus Augustulus 476 31 October 475 – 4 September 476 (10 months and 4 days) and, officially recognized as Western Emperor by the East, Julius Nepos June 474 – 480.
