Aquilea
Aquilea was chosen by Diocletian as the location for one of the new mints in his monetary reform and started issuing coins in 3 metals from 3 offices in 294. It was closed in 324 when Constantine restructured the mints only to be opened again from 335. In 364 one of the offices was closed. The remaining 2 offices continued a limited production until Valerian III in 437.
